Provisional N+1 Admission list for the Academic Year July 2026–June 2027 Click Here

Admission under the N+1 category is valid for one academic year only (2026-27), and students allotted under N+1 shall not be eligible to claim/apply again under the N+1 category in subsequent years. Allocated N+1 students will be required to vacate the hostel at the end of the mentioned academic year.

The listed students have to submit the admission-related documents to the hostel authorities next week.

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ જુલાઈ 2026 થી જૂન 2027 માટેની કામચલાઉ N+1 હોસ્ટેલ પ્રવેશ યાદી અહીં શેર કરવામાં આવે છે. N+1 કેટેગરી હેઠળ આપવામાં આવેલ હોસ્ટેલ પ્રવેશ માત્ર એક શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ (2026-27) માટે જ માન્ય રહેશે. N+1 હેઠળ પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આગામી વર્ષોમાં ફરીથી N+1 કેટેગરી હેઠળ પ્રવેશ મેળવવા અથવા અરજી કરવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશે નહીં. N+1 હેઠળ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉલ્લેખિત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થતાં હોસ્ટેલ ખાલી કરવાનું રહેશે.

યાદીમાં સમાવિષ્ટ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આગામી સપ્તાહ દરમિયાન હોસ્ટેલ સત્તાધિકારીઓ સમક્ષ પ્રવેશ સંબંધિત જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.

The Provisional Merit List for Hostel Admission 2026 – Round 3 is hereby shared below.

Students whose names are included in the Provisionally Admitted List are requested to carefully check the list and follow the instructions regarding further admission procedure.

Students whose documents are still pending, kindly complete the document submission. Students who have already completed document verification do not need to report again.

Admitted students are instructed to JOIN THE HOSTEL GROUP ON WHATSAPP and also visit HOSTEL BLOGSPOT for further communication. 

For any queries, students can meet the hostel team during college hours.

Tentatively admitted students of Round 2 for GECP Hostel are informed to remain present for document verification on 19/08/2026 at 2:00 PM with the listed documents in the Hostel Admission Notice 2026 (Self-Attested copy). Students whose verification is done they don't have to come.

GECP હોસ્ટેલના રાઉન્ડ–2 માટે પ્રોવિઝનલ ધોરણે પ્રવેશ માટે પસંદ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે કે તેઓ 19/08/2026 ના રોજ બપોરે 2:00 વાગ્યે હોસ્ટેલ પ્રવેશ સૂચના 2026માં દર્શાવેલ જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજોની સ્વ-પ્રમાણિત નકલો (Self-Attested Copy) સાથે દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી માટે હાજર રહે.

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસણી પહેલેથી જ પૂર્ણ થઈ ગઈ છે, તેઓએ ફરીથી હાજર થવાની જરૂર નથી.

 GEC Patan Hostel Stay Consent Form 2026 (for current 2nd, 3rd, 4th year admitted students) :

1. All regular admitted students for 4 years are informed to give their consent on whether to continue their stay in the hostel. 
2. It is mandatory for all currently admitted students. 
3. Students failing to fill out the form will be considered as consent "NO" and automatically his/her admission will be terminated.
